INTRODUCTION

The residential construction Technocom Ltd., has now been incorporated from the TE.COS S.R.L. , founded in 1975, has extensive experience in building houses. It has constructed numerous houses, apartments, villas etc., of very high quality, in both traditional and prefabricated system.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFABRICATED SYSTEM

The Structure of the concrete prefabricated building is based on reinforced self-bearing panels with insulation materials (eg. mineral glass-wool-polystyrene etc.) and on concrete slabs. Both panels and slabs are joined with steel bars and cement to be poured while the walls are being erected. The thickness is 15/30 cm. according to the number of floors which are to be built. The finishing of walls and floor slabs are prepared in such a manner to easily paint or wallpaper on. Wall and electrical installations are provided during the prefabricated process, with holes in the panels, and with p.v.c. tubes installed before pouring the concrete. Wires and other electrical network will be installed in the traditional method.

The paritition-walls, other than in concrete panels, can be built with local materials. The pricipal adventages of the system are detailed in the following:
